Hotel has been updated. All staff extremely nice. We had a problem with our door to our room not opening one night and this needed to be repaired. Staff did so within an hour and gave us a complimentary bottle of rose to enjoy while we waited. Highly recommend.

The hotel was centrally located. If you get the chance to speak to Jennifer at the front desk she is a STAR! Everything else was ordinary. The bathroom floor was dirty in our room. Not the end of the world, but they should do better. We call down and asked for extra coffee supplies. They did not send sugar. So be specific in your requests. Overall, not a bad experience.

The Paramount is our go to whenever we have plans in Seattle. The staff is ALWAYS amazing and helpful. Jennifer was helpful and a real joy, the night clerk was friendly and helped me sort out my gluten free food ‘needs’ at midnight. I always feel safe on this property, the beds are comfy and rooms always clean. Thank you for another great visit!

Nice, convenient hotel. Counter staff were pleasant. Comfy beds and pillows. Clean room and bath. My only complaint was the restaurant staff were so slow in taking our order that my friend and I chose to leave and go to Starbucks.

Skip the Big Names

All of our interests for this short trip were centered in this area; the Paramount turned out to be a wonderful choice. Check in / check out was a snap, and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance or off the South Lake Union streetcar. Room was clean, updated, comfortable, and staff were very accommodating.
