The airport shuttle was exceptional. The driver was prompt, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. He explained clearly what we need d to do to get to our airline.

So grateful for this hotel and stuff. Due to many delays on Alaska Airlines, I arrived after midnight. The front des I sent a shuttle for me and the front desk was so warm and welcoming. The room was posh, clean and well outfitted. Staff was absolutely wonderful, which is important when you are tired and traveling alone.

Had a okay stay! The location was close to the shuttle, and the hotel staff made me feel welcomed. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I became stuck in the elevator and noted the renewal date was not updated. Once freed I never receive an apology or a statement of why the elevator was not working properly. If you plan on staying please be aware of elevator 2.
