Staff was so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Special recognition to Shar, who was outstanding! Our first room had a horrible odor when the heat was activated. It smelled as though someone urinated into the radiator. It was awful. When we called down to the front desk, we were immediately accommodated with another room. It was acceptable. The staff was so friendly all during our stay, from the front desk to the breakfast room and he super nice shuttle drivers. My friend and I were in town for the Seahawks vs 49ers game and we dressed up like crazy Touchdown Faeries! We had our pictures taken and put on the FB page, which was great fun! We had a lot of fun at the hotel and enjoyed meeting people and staying here!

Staff was amazing with service, hotel very clean, comfortable stay and easy check in and out. The only thing I had an issue with was getting into the side entrance of the building. Both my key passes did not work for entry.

Cleaning staff came in before check out time. No knock on the door even though the do not disturb sign was up. Just got out of the shower, just finished getting dressed. Saw our stuff at the door and still came all the way in the room. It was a young girl. Approached the front desk girl who didn’t seem to consented because I guess it was getting near to check out time. If it’s before 12 noon at least knock when the do not disturb sign is on. Not happy

Great stay!

The accommodations were first rate. Since we are older we were put on the first floor. I asked about a handicap parking spot close to the room. There was one, our room was very close to the entry door, and was accessible, meaning it had a walk-in shower! I didn’t even ask for one! The breakfast is first rate. The buffet is divided into stations so not one area became too crowded. The food quality is excellent. The next day the airport shuttle left on time, very early. Because we would miss breakfast a bag of bars was provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay.

Narrow window for breakfast hours. Room service only twice in a 5 day stay. Ran out of towels with only two occupants. TV had fuzzy reception. In their defense, I didn’t complain about these things so I don’t know what their response would have been but that is their baseline. Overall it was just ok. Not as good as it’s Expedia rating.

It is pretty clean that I concern and like. But the elevator function seemed not ok . People at the front desk need to be more friendly and professional. No bottle water supplied as complimentary as most hotels I ever stayed surprised me.

The only problem we had at the hotel is that the elevator was out and they put us on the third floor. They did not even mention that the elevator was out until after they had checked us in. I feel that that should have been told to us before we checked in so we could make a decision on if we wanted to stay there or look for something different.

Great shuttle driver

Rooms clean. Nice laundry facility on site. Breakfast was ok. Our favorite part of our stay was our shuttle driver. He has a great sense of humor. The Iowa girl loved him!
