the window in our room let in ever single street noise imaginable. it was so difficult to sleep I cried. the walls are very thin and you can hear all of your neighbors. the bathroom was yucky and the shower was too confusing to use. also bad water pressure. would never stay again

Very impersonal without having a front desk check in. The bathtub/shower had only half a door and no bars to hold onto to get in and out safely. When I was stepping into the shower the tub was very slippery luckily I was able to catch myself but did get a bruise right above my knee and it has been 8 days and still showing the bruise. The bathroom was very small.

The staff was very accommodating from check in to check out. The property is older but very clean. The bathrooms are outdated and small. The dining is very convenient and good.

Great location, easy and fast check in and check outs, friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. It was very small and weirdly designed. It didn't towels hooks or handles except on the bath tub wall. The toilet was in a small corner and even for an average size person it wasn't the most comfortable fit.

This was a great choice with a downtown location. Don’t be afraid to hop on the public scooters. The monorail to the Space Needle- cheap and fun.

Was good for a night

Stayed one night for a Seatttle Symphony event, its location was perfect. The hotel service staff was great, the vallet especially. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There was no room service, but they have a resurant and a cafe. But the resturant closed an hour early for some reason that night. The hotel is clearly old, the tv was operating cable channels (and were missing several that were on their list) with no streaming options, the bathroom mirror's frame was chipped in several places, the window didn't shut all the way. For a night in downtown its fine, your paying for the location. I'd stay again for an event downtown, but long term, not worth the price
