The location was perfect. I was going to a show at the Climate Pledge Arena and wanted something that was within walking distance. This was perfect. The staff was great and the rooms were clean.

The heater system in my room was so loud when it was on throughout the night. We checked in at around 9:30pm and the front desk was working with low energy. I was charged $40 instead of $36/night for in and out parking. The hotel should inform Expedia to change the information of the post. I don't recommend this hotel.

Our return stay at this property did not disappoint. The staff were helpful, the room service top notch - dropping by daily to refresh as needed. Great coffee bar and even a little robot vacuum roaming the floors to keep them spotless. To take it to the next level they just need a few room options with a cozy fireplace -- and to plz include parking as standard. But that roof top view with heaters is icing on the cake. Great value, terrific property.
