We loved this hotel! It felt very classic, like we were transported into another time. The staff were all very friendly, our room was quite large, the restaurant was wonderful (best bacon ever)! Valet parking was a little pricey but as to be expected for Seattle and the valet team were great! For our short one night stay, this hotel was perfect. We will be back!

It was an OLD hotel, with much of the furniture being dated for the period. Customers were treated with respect and a smile. However, if looking for a wheelchair accessible, along with a walk-in shower, this is not the place to stay. I'm guessing it was because of the age of the hotel. Only one choice for dining in the hotel. The employees were super nice and and will greet you with a smile

The experience was lovely. The registration was easy, and the people were really nice to our dog. The vintage preservation of the lobby was also an experience I enjoyed. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We totally fell in love with the hotel Sorrento. It’s got such style, history and charm, w/beautiful, warm interiors. Room was quiet (tho walls were ahem, thin). Bed super comfortable and luxurious. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and responsive to us. Also appreciated the nespresso set up. We will definitely make the Hotel Sorrento our go to stay next time we visit Seattle.

A very charming hotel with a fantastic lounge! There was no regular option for breakfast at any of the outlets, only a $55 pre-set Easter morning menu so that was a bit disappointing as I had to go elsewhere to get a coffee and a little snack. Other than that everything was great, I would come back there again.
