Great location could walk to all downtown Boston areas. Boston commons are right there, nice hotel. Only complaint was how Un comfy the bed was. It was very worn down. Paying the price of this hotel, I would think the beds would be better.

I was in Boston for a few days by myself and decided to try a Wicked Small room at the Park Plaza. As advertised, it was small but it was just fine for me. Furnishings were comfortable. Overall, happy with my stay. The resort fee was perhaps a little high for what you received, but I really liked the gym so it didn’t really bother me.

Worst Hilton stay I have experienced. Room was dirty. The restaurant had no gluten free options. The bar servers acted like they didn’t want guests. I always choose Hilton’s and this stay made me regret it.

We stayed in the "wicked small" room however it was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was 10/10 and the overall hotel was very clean. no loud noises at night either. we will stay here again!
