Overall our stay was good. We were in town for a concert so we only needed a room to sleep and shower for one night. The lobby area was very clean. The staff were pleasant. Our check-in was delayed slightly due to the rooms not being ready yet, but they found us different rooms that were ready so that worked out. The room was okay. It was clean. The shower tiles looked like they needed to be scrubbed. The ceiling needed to be cleaned or at least repainted and the windows were very dirty. The heated pool was cold. Overall 3.5 - 4 stars.

Like sleeping above a 6 lane highway?

If you have ever wondered what it was like to sleep above a 6 lane highway, this is the place for you! To be fair the person at the desk was very nice, room was clean and a good room, but for 200$ + , I would rather have stayed somewhere else. The front side of the hotel may be less noisy. The side I was on the view out the window is directly over the highway and you could hear loud cars and motorcycles throughout the time in the room.

The cleaning is done every 3 days, and the garbage accumulates and we have to make the bed, I don't think that in a 6-day stay they go to clean twice. There was also noise from a construction early Saturday which did not allow sleep and there was not enough water and drink options to buy.

Dirty and unfriendly

Since our daughter lives so close and we often visit Boston, I really wanted this place to work out, however sadly it was horrible. When we checked in, the room was not cleaned well. Our toilet seat had pink algae- which meant it was not cleaned for a while. Back of the toilet was all dirty and the tube was yellow from soap stains. The bathroom door had black dirt on it. The AC Unit control did not work from the wall and the bed was extremely lumpy. We stayed 2 nights and during both days .. no one came to clean the room. No signs indicating why. There’s no communication and front desk did address our concerns. Just want $20 per day for parking. We felt very unwelcomed.

The staff there was incredible, always trying to help. The property was not in the best condition as walls in the hallway seemed a little worn out. The location was not as convenient as I hoped with limited buses to Cambridge; however quick trip to Boston.

The cleaning crew walked in at 7:59 am to clean my room scared me clean out the bed. I have never been more afraid in a hotel in my life. I went down for breakfast the area was fully cleaned.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel literally built over busy Interstate 90 in Boston. Comfortable room and facilities, clean and neat and nice staff with good selection for breakfast and easy parking. What I wish were different is that you hear the interstate car noise in your room ( a bit more than a hum) and outside ( noisy). Otherwise, good value.
