Great overnight stay here for our family. We were looking for a cheap one night booking near Boston and it was just that. Tons of food options around, check in staff was friendly. Got lucky with the parking package which I wasn’t aware of since I normally book through hotels.com but I wasn’t complaining. Saved $28, be prepared for that though. There was free parking on street side at the time we were there in April but not sure for how long. Highway is a bit noisy underneath but with the a/c going it’s not a dealbreaker. If you are a super light sleeper though I’d look for something else.

I really enjoy enjoyed my stay, but one thing that could be improved upon is that my interaction with the front desk was not warm. It was very abrupt and matter of fact. No warmth.

The property itself was ok, very large hotel and clean, but could use some updating and a little more sparkle and shine. It wasn’t the best compared to other Sheraton Hotels we previously stayed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but knowledge of transportation was very limited and inaccurate. It was a bit too far from Boston due to traffic and directly built over a major Highway creating a high noise level at different points throughout our stay. The bus stop was close by, but you need to do your own research for transportation do not rely on the hotel. We ended up stranded in Boston due to poor info and needed to use Uber. Uber was a great alternative and I highly recommend it if you stay here with excellent drivers and service. The town of Newton was quaint with good food with friendly service within walking distance. Note: hotel charges for parking which is common in this area. Personally I would not choose this location again as it did not meet our needs for our stay.

I arrived around 11PM after a long drive, the guy at the front desk told me someone else already checked in my room. I showed him my confirmation to the reservation and my ID and the guy still argues with me saying someone already checked in. After a long wait he gave me a key to another room, and when I Tred to open that room there was a guy coming out of the room which was very scary. In all my years of traveling to various places I have never had a problem of these magnitude. When I came back to tell the receptionist at the time about what happened the guy didn't even apologize, and after a long wait he gave me another key and this time it was ok. So, the checking process was horrible and took more than one hr and the person in charge didn't seem to know what is going on and that was very bad. I will never stay in that hotel again!

Nice hotel but bad GPS directions for the entrance

The hotel is very nice and rooms are large and clean. The housekeeping cleaned our room each day thanks! It would be nice to have a hot tub. I was looking forward to it and disappointed that there wasn’t one. Also GPS shows the wrong spot as the hotel entrance which makes it extremely difficult to find and we had to go around d twice to get in.
