"Nice quiet hotel"
Surfside is about a 20 - 25 minutes walk from or to the Provincetown Townhall along Commercial Street. The advantage of that of course is the quietness of the location and the availability of on-site parking. The hotel is a three storey wooden structure on the north side of Commercial street and a four storey wooden stucture on the south side of the street facing the beach. Both buildings are walk-ups as there are no elevators and the stairs are not wide. Check-in was fast and easy as the staff had already assigned the room and keys were ready for us in an envelope with the WiFi access code stamped on it. Breakfast each morning is pretty decent with two waffle-irons for you to make your own fresh waffles, grape-fruits, bagels, cream-cheese, milk, juices, yogurt, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, coffee, cream, water, etc., all laid out. The pool is favorites of the guests (grab a pool-side seat early during peak periods) in the post breakfast hours before the town's shops and places of interest opens up. The fire-pit is a nice place to hang around for a quiet evening if you aren't hanging out in town.

"Spring on Cape Cod"
We wanted to take a mini vacation with our grandsons so, we decided to combine that with a visit with family. We chose this location because it was central to everything that we wanted to do. I suppose that technically it is a condo however, it really is just small hotel rooms that have been sold off as condos. I had hoped that it would be a bit roomier, there were four of us staying in this one room and without the murphy opened, there wasn't enough room for everyone to sit and watch TV in the evening. If you are just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this place is great. If you are traveling with younger children and won't be partaking of the night life, you might want to find someplace a bit bigger. The pool is closed to children after 8:00 pm so there really wasn't much else to do at this time of year but to stay in the room after that.

"A warm, friendly and quiet inn in a great location"
My wife and I had a terrific experience at the Admiral's Landing. The owners are great and the location could not be more convenient. We definitely would stay here again.

"Off season... Priced right... Good area"
Overall a decent stay for one night off season in Provincetown... Room was older but clean and the mattress was comfy... There was no staff there which I found strange... I saw the cleaning lady on my way out to leave the next day but there was no staff there at all to check us in or in case of issues... Our room key was left in the mailbox... Told to park behind the house but the lot said Esthers parking which had me worried my car would be towed as the signs said "towing at owners expense if parked here".. .. I called the # on our check in envelope to confirm I parked in the proper place... Never got a call back but wasnt towed either... I think a call back would of been nice... The room is older but quaint, not so bad... Our next door neighbor played a flute for about 5 hours straight which was quite annoying after the first hour, but again no staff to complain too... Our hair dryer worked great.. Sheets were clean... Plenty of towels and pillows... Great location and busy holiday weekend... Id go back there but only off season as the room isnt worth more than the $160 we paid... Really should have someone answering a phone if no staff on site due to off season...

"Snug Spot"
Tim is a gracious, accommodating innkeeper. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Location is close enough to the bustle of Commercial Street, but far enough back for peace and quiet. The grounds surrounding the building offer cozy spots to enjoy breakfast and meet the other guests.

Provincetown is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Provincetown, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Provincetown hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
