I love this place!! Kevin the front desk person was so warm and welcoming! Our room looked out over the bay and ocean. Beautiful sunrise! P-town is so fun to roam around. We especially enjoy The Lobster Pot Restaurant and Shoppe Therapy store. We will be back .

The cost was very reasonable, and we enjoyed the walk into town. The rooms look like they were recently remodeled, and are in excellent condition, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. A nice free breakfast available (limited but good).

Breakwater Hotel
Room and bathroom were very small and bed frame so close to the wall that I bloodied my shin. I mentioned this to the manager who agreed and said they had tried bumpers on the bed frames but they kept falling off.
