The hotel charges $7 for garage parking and $5 for parking on the parking lot across the street. On Expedia, it lists as free parking. Hotel is out of dated. There is a bag full of garbage next to elevator, the sink is broken. Location is convenient, the room is quiet. Basically, the hotel is not a 3 star hotel.

Our room was gross. It smelled weird and there were water stains all over the ceiling. The water pressure in the bathroom was barely anything and the tv didn’t work. Our door also didn’t close properly unless you slammed it shut.

This is an older property… lots of things are in disrepair… Breakfast is so limited it should not even be offered.. Go elsewhere for food! Lots of renovations are needed… Honestly I’m surprised the Local Board of Health is not involved in the violations here.. Many things are broken in bathrooms…It barely justifies the lower price… The only nice thing is the indoor pool which they won’t let you use unless you cough up $20 per day.. this is not clearly stated when you book online at all… There’s much better elsewhere!

Check in, room, check out, were all smooth as usual. This hotel is perfectly located for. our visits to the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints temple in Belmont. I do find the heating system a bit difficult to manage sometimes, but it was a warm night, so everything was fine.

The a/c stopped working but the weather was cool and we didn't mentioned it to management. The breakfast was limited to coffee toast and waffle machine but maybe it was the presentation that made it look poor. There was cereal and milk and apples and mandarin oranges. It just didn't look clean because the rug looked so dirty. In all fairness the room was clean except for the rug. The parking was safe and the location was good for us..the staff was very nice and helpful with us. They responded quickly when called.
