The lady at the check-in was very nice & helpful. The room was overall cleaned well. I found a hair when I first entered the shower so that is why I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness. Also, one of the workers at check out was very rude, refused to be understanding when there was a miscommunication issue & he had an attitude the entire time when I was checking out so that is why I cannot give this place 5 stars.

Great location in Beacon Hill

Great location, good value, delicious bakery next door, close to train stop. The property overall and the mattresses could use some updating, but it was a great stay while I was visiting family in Beacon Hill.

Our toilet was leaking so we were shifted to another room.in the new room the shower handle was broken. The street below was quite nosy during the day due to contruction. At night there were occaisional ambulance sirens wailing due to its proximity to Mass general.Location was good ., in the heart if beacon hill with shopping, dining, trasit and attractions nearby. No microwave in the rooms , they charge a fee for that. For $300 a night at least we deserve a microwave.. The interiors are a bit dated. Lovation seems to be the only plus point
