The elevators broke down and we had to carry heavy suitcases down eight floors. The toilet clogged. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. There was a smell in the room that was not pleasant. The price was very high. I was surprised that the hotel is called Wyndham. It would be nice to get a refund.

Great service!!!

The woman that checked us in was extremely helpful. We had an emergency and really needed to get a place, the other place that we had rented had fallen through and she was extremely helpful, she got us right in, we are able to drop off our bags without having to wait for the check-in time, it was an amazing stay will definitely be with Wyndham again.

I was disappointed with this hotel. It wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed but there were several small things that could have made it a better experience. First, they didnt mention in their advertising that there is no parking and my car had to be valet parked. I never saw where my car was parked. Of course, you have to tip the valet every time they get your car so this was an unexpected expense. Second, the hotel is in need of serious updating. The carpets appeared dirty. The shower drain in the bathroom did not drain properly. The Television was fuzzy, had terrible color, and limited stations. Also, the ice maker did not work. The staff was not friendly with the exception of the Valet Staff who of course get tips. On a positive note, the location was perfect for the historical tour locations and the North End. I loved my visit to Boston but would never stay at that hotel again.

I came for a conference and arrived with a completed pre-check, but it still took twice as long to get checked in; the front desk gave me a room that was already occupied! VERY disappointing. The second room smelled so bad I had to go back down...third trip up the slow elevators landed a room right by the elevator lobby...Overall, a decent stay with no frills and a few blocks from the T - not worth the nightly rate of $300+ other than the fact that most hotels were sold out due to the conference.

Not the worst room ever but dated. The price you pay is for the convenient location. Also a plus is a generous checkout time, but beds need updating and shower backs up into tub. Rooms on the backside have a view of the parking lot and Whole foods.

I would like to share how much I appreciated the front desk supervisor named Kip! He went above and beyond, took it the second mile for service, when I needed assistance and was stressed out about an upcoming reservation I had in New York with another Wyndham property. Kip didn’t even hesitate to assist me in my time of need. Way to go Kip you are a true testament of excellent customer sevice!!
