Spent 4 nights with this Hotel. Just a stone throw to the Provincetown Harbor. The beds where so comfortable and the staff was always there to help with questions. The Whaler Lounge is a must try! We ate there 2 times during our stay and everything was cooked to perfection.

I stayed in the middle of the week, before the summer season, in a king suite in the "Village" rooms on their property map. I got a last minute deal on the room price and it was a great value. A separate room with a couch and tv. Lots of closet space. The room was clean, but wasn't quite as modern as the pictures of the rooms on the website. The bathroom was clean, the room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Window AC units in the bedroom and sitting room. The free continental breakfast was bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee/tea.
My only tip would be that the "Village" rooms are built on a big slope in the back of the property and you have to walk down several flights of stairs to get to some of the rooms. So if you can't walk that far, make sure you ask for a room where you don't have to walk too far from your car.
I would stay there again.
