When we arrived we tried to get into the car park and was told we could not park in it. There were spaces there for the both nights we were there but still we were not allowed to use it. The hotel said the spaces were reserved. I tried to do this but was told that it was first come basis. Now on the website it says limited space nothing about reservations but it looks like only certain people gets the choice. We spent an extra £19 on parking. It may have four stars on the door but I do not rate this hotel a four star as the persons on the desk could not understand my point of view on parking and just smiled and said I am sorry again and again

The staff could not do enough to help, always friendly and cheerful. Altering menu items to be gluten free was no problem at all. Food very good.
Although starting to look a little jaded the rooms are comfortable and clean. The bar and restaurant had good service with meals freshly cooked to order. Definitely stay again.

Love the Scottish feel of this boutique hotel. Very stylishly decorated! Excellent restaurant, yum! The only disappointment was the mattress on the bed... very hard, and concave, felt a little like cardboard. Overall, great experience though.

Bordered by 100 miles (160 km) of coastline on one side and the Cairngorms on the other, Aberdeen offers churches, distilleries, castles, and beaches. Villages spot the countryside boasting culture, dining, and architecture untouched by urban expansion. In more developed areas, visitors can sample local cuisine and participate in the nightlife, or visit art galleries and theme parks.
