Our family enjoyed our stay here (recommended by our friends who live in Aberdeen). The staff were extremely friendly & helpful and the lounge area was excellent (better than most places we have stayed). Breakfast was included and was excellent - much more than we expected!
We knew that there were no elevators when we booked & the staff was very good to carry our bags up to our room.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was a little small and for the most part the hotel looked like it had seen better days and could do with a make over. We were going back and forth to the hospital and had little time to eat but the one meal we did have was good although a little expensive did not eat breakfast but looked good in passing. Walls in the room and corridors could have done with a lick of paint. Not bad on the whole

Travelled from Canada and had a great experience at this location. Great staff who were very helpful. Great location walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Lots of parking which in the city centre can be hard to find. Some directions to the parking lot before we arrived would have been helpful. The parking lot was on a side street behind the hotel. Overall a great experience.

Checking in was easy. The hotel has a couple seperate buildings. All with in walking distance from the front desk, not even a minute. No parking at the hotel. You have to use a parking garage nearby. Its about a five minute walk to the front desk. If you have a room on the 4th floor their are no elevators. The room was clean. None of the doors to any room stayed open and didn't have any door plugs to hold it open so we used our luggage for that. Bathroom was a little out dated. Beds need to replace the mattress as we could feel the springs. Located in a great area with its of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Bordered by 100 miles (160 km) of coastline on one side and the Cairngorms on the other, Aberdeen offers churches, distilleries, castles, and beaches. Villages spot the countryside boasting culture, dining, and architecture untouched by urban expansion. In more developed areas, visitors can sample local cuisine and participate in the nightlife, or visit art galleries and theme parks.
