The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Royal Mole in the University area of the city. This meant it was nice and quiet at night which is great if you have kids. We did find the standard family room a tight squeeze with our 11 and 13 year olds - if staying more than 2 night's or in the colder months it would be worth paying extra for a larger room. The pool is small - more for a splash around than a swim and same with the gym size but it was quiet when we went so it wasn't a problem. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the breakfast was very good value.

We arrived from the states around 10 am. They were able to get us into our room and a parking spot in the lot. When it was time to explore the city. They had good recommendations for spots to grab lunch. The location was great to go to Glasgow School of Art. Staff at the bar was very nice for nibbles that night and they were accommodating to our over sleeping the morning of check out. I would definitely stay here again when in Glasgow.

This is our 4th stay here and yet again exceptional service from staff.
We only go on special occasions as it's quite expensive. The Spa is stunning and I can't fault the room, food, service or Spa.
We paid extra for a Loch view room, however it's the smallest room we have stayed in yet, so next time I don't think I would pay the extra money for the view.
Staff go out their way to say hello and offer assistance when passing.

Got the hotel on a very good deal and was not expecting too much. What a surprise, we were allocated a room in the Struan apartment block and could not fault it. Bedroom was warm and cosy, great view over the river, bed was super comfy, so slept very well. Hairdryer, iron, hospitality tray all provided.
Breakfast was excellent. Cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, pastries as well as the usual hot options, porridge, bacon, sausage etc.
Ate in the restaurant on a pre theatre deal, again, excellent value for money and as a hotel guest, a complementary glass of wine was included. Food was well presented and very tasty.
All staff we encountered were very welcoming.
Hotel location is excellent for shops, pubs and especially Eden Court . Definitely recommend a stay here.
