We stayed here for five nights, this is a lovely hotel. Large beautiful bright reception area, we were checked in quickly however we did notice queues at times. Initially we were in room 1212 (executive king room), beautiful room however we heard the buzz of the hotel main air conditioning (not our room air conditioning) all night - consequently did not sleep. We were moved without any problem the next morning to room 1308, identical room without the noise. In fact the room was well sound proofed as there is piped music in the corridor and you could not hear a thing. The room was large with a sofa and beautiful bathroom. We had access to the executive lounge for breakfast, refreshments and snacks. Staff were helpful. Beautiful pool and spa facilities. Location - not the best part of an overall good area however no trouble or sensation of it at all. Tram stop is a minutes walk away and the hop on hop off bus is just around the corner. I marked the hotel and room down based on the fact of the noisy room for the first night, the hotel must be aware of this and our time off is too precious to lose a nights sleep due to noise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very, very good with lots of choices. The room was clean and the bathroom had been updated. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the decor in the room was old and stale and needs to be updated to the standards of the bath.

The hotel is really smart and near to hop on hop off buses, and lots of bars and restaurants. The food in the restaurant was amazing and afternoon tea and cakes looked good although we did not go in. The rooms were very spacious with comfy beds , the shower was very powerful the only downside to the room was no tea/coffee making facilities but it did have a nice fridge with drinks and nuts in . Fives minutes walk and you are at the river will definitely stay at the hotel on our next visit.

Such a lovely room as we paid a little extra to have a river view and it's definitely worth it! The rooms are comfortable and every day beds are made. It's easy to adjust the temperature in the room as we didn't expect the weather to be so warm. Great view from the top of the boat and we even sat up there one night and watched the lights come on, on the Chain Bridge and Parliament building.
