The K&K is a nice, professionally run hotel in one of the loveliest parts of Budapest. The staff is very accommodating. They have an ample breakfast buffet filled with hot and cold selections of all sorts - really very good. Like most hotels in this category, they also have a bar area where you can get a drink, a snack, or both. We stayed three nights, and found the room very clean, and well maintained every day. There is a safe in the room - something I value highly. What surprised me, and would have put me out on a business trip (this was a family vacation), is that there are no drawers in the desk or the side tables. I had to have all my "stuff" all over the place. Maybe that is no big thing - it just seemed strange to me.

Incredible staff, beautiful hotel, and perfect location in the center of everything, and close to all the sights and ruin pubs. Upon check-in, I even received a complimentary bottle of wine from the manager in my room as an Expedia Gold member! The rooms are immaculate, the hotel is clean and warm, and the spa is excellent. Highly recommended for any stay in Budapest

The hotel is one or two blocks to the shopping area, and the market. This hotel is centrally located in the attractions. This hotel is behind Marriott Hotel where Marriott is facing the river. If you walk one block towards Marriott, you will see the view of the Buda castle.. Very nice location. I will definitely use this hotel when I come for my next visit. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel provides all the amenities deserving its 5 star rating. The food is of excellent quality and variety. Staff (both the hotel and the restaurant) is friendly and very helpful. The rooms may be slightly dated, but well kept and clean. The hotel grounds are beautiful, especially in their gorgeous fall colors. Nightly live music in the bar is pleasant and entertaining. The thermal pools and adjacent rest areas provide for complete relaxation.

We stay every year at the Raba hotel when visiting Gyor and have since 2008. The hotel is located right off a main road, and just a short walk (5 mins) from the train and bus stations. We book our room online and each year are greeted by smiling friendly staff. My husband speaks only English and they address him in English. They also speak fluent German and of course, Hungarian. Since we go in summer, and it is often quite hot, we always ask for a room with air conditioning. We are always accomodated, even when I also ask for a fan to be brought to the room too. Now you can book rooms with A/C online, which wasn't always the case. The breakfast ( which can be added during booking ) to the room, includes hot an cold food, plus the usual breads, pastries, jams, cereals and other things you'd expect to have. It's worth booking with room, and it's pretty hearty and open from 6am-10am each day. We always have a lovely time, the staff are helpful and kind, the location can't be beat, and the price is very reasonable. Free wifi throughout the hotel, in rooms and lobby.
