Was a wonderful hotel. Loved that room was A/C as I get very hot even in cool Dublin. Room was very comfortable and always clean. We stayed for a total of 6 nights and loved this hotel. The young lady who cleaned the room did an awesome job. Everything we asked for was delivered immediately (pillows, ice, etc.) The only negative is that the Breakfast was overpriced so we never ate at hotel.

Simply put, Lansdowne Hotel fulfilled our expectations. City center is not very far away and can be reached on foot or with a bus. In addition, a DART station can also be found nearby. Our room (2nd floor) was clean and quiet even though it was quite small. The only downside of our stay was our room was not completely dark during night as it was partially illuminated by a backyard light. The hotel has no elevator which didn't bother us but could be problematic for some.

I really enjoyed my stay at Glenogra. The room is super spacious and clean. Very nice beds and bathroom. Check in was super easy, I just signed in when I got there and right away I got the keys to my room. Joe even helped me carry my suitcase upstairs. It's a little bit far from the city center, but the awesome thing is that there's a bus stop right there at the front so it's super easy to get to and from. My only problem is that I got cold in the room, not when I'm sleeping, but just when I first got up in the morning and I couldn't find the thermostat, and this was in July.

Leafy Ballsbridge is a quiet and exclusive residential area, a 20-30 minute walk into town (served by frequent buses). The Grand Canal flows through it, and while much of this waterway is less than grand, there is a pleasant stretch near the Richmond Street bridge with canal-side pubs. George Bernard Shaw’s birthplace is a popular neighbouring attraction.
