A stunning and unique hotel that was spotlessly clean and full of character. Within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, including the Guinness Storehouse, Temple Bar, Trinity College and the city centre. What really made the hotel for us was the staff, who were without exception, friendly, happy and helpful. Will definitely stay again and have recommended to all our friends and family!

I didn’t like the bathroom arrangement at all. A glass wall between the shower and the bed??? If someone is still trying to sleep and the other person is in the shower, you have a light on from the shower and all the noise from a shower. A complete wall would have made more sense. The shower was nice. Glad it had a full door to close and not a half door that still gets water everywhere. Regarding the bed. It was a queen size yet two twin blankets were given? And they were on the bed sidewise. We initially thought we were short-sheeted! We ended up turning the blankets the long way and having our own twin blankets. Very odd!! The only other thing is I would prefer normal size pillows.

The hotel room was extremly clean and up to date. The staff were exceptional. They helped me with my bags, called a taxi, and were very helpful. I am a heavy sleeper but I had a room facing the street and even on the second floor you could hear every word of people below and each car or beep of a vehicle backing up. Now this did not bother me in the slightest, I am a very heavy sleeper but I could see others having a real issue with this. If I were a lighter sleeper I’d request an inside room. Facilities were beautiful and fun.

Cashless property and all payments by card at bar with tip options (which are annoying). Staff very friendly. No Guinness on Tap, only in cans. Cocktails are nice but expensive. You can borrow guitar from the bar and jam out on an Amp in the room! New hotel so very clean and tidy. USB in room but only two.

Beautiful room

We only stayed one night at the very end of our trip when we were thoroughly exhausted, but it was a nice place to stay for that last night. Easy check-in and out process, and the front desk staff were friendly. Parking is a few blocks away which was a little difficult with our huge luggage, but manageable. Clean and very comfortable room, but not a lot in the immediate blocks surrounding the hotel. I felt like I was in a better area once I walked a few blocks south toward the canal.

Property and staff were wonderful! There was an issue with my reservation- I should have had breakfast included and the staff tried to resolve but I ended up paying for breakfast. Do not know if that’s an issue with the hotel or Expedia. Other than that, this was a great experience.

The property is very nice however their food options are very limited. The air freshener used throughout the sitting are was very unpleasant. The staff was polite but appeared to be inexperienced. The bar is beautiful but there was not but one bartender that could mix a cocktail if you ordered something different than offered on their menu.
