"In the heart of everything!"
The hotel is a deal money-wise. It is in the perfect location if you are taking public transportation and walking. We walked from one end of the city to the other! There are restaurants and pubs (and pubs and pubs) nearby so if you don't feel like going very far, you don't have to. We took a bus tour on our last day in Dublin so we could spend a day in the countryside, which I highly recommend. The Fleet Hotel staff helped us book the tour and showed us exactly where to meet the bus. If we come back to Dublin, we would definitely stay at the Fleet again!

"Hotel close to amenities in tallaght "
We (my daughter and I) stayed here while over for a sporting event. I was very pleased with the comfort and location of this hotel. Close to the tram line and a large shopping mall within walking distance. Only improvements I would suggest is more variation in the breakfast. It was very good, hot, plentiful but it was the same thing every day. The same restaurant did not have a lot to choose from for dinner. The tone of the restaurant at night is "up scale" but would rather variety. Grumpy pub- food was good but service slow. Didn't seem to have a lot off staff. The patrons were very loud on the weekend after the pub closed, hanging out on the street. Despite above I was very happy with my experience.

    Explore Dublin

This lively, literary city hunkered on the banks of the Liffey revels in its heritage. Dublin’s compact center displays the marks of its dramatic history – centuries of religion, revolution and resurgence. But the Irish capital is also a booming modern city, a multicultural art and high-tech hub.

Start at Dublin Castle, dating back to 1204. At stately Trinity College you can view the intricate Book of Kells, an illustrated religious masterpiece from 800 AD. Cross the O'Connell Street Bridge to the north side, where the drama of Irish independence played out in the early 20th century.

True to legend, you're never far from a great pub in Dublin. You’ll find grand 19th-century establishments as well as humble gems with corners as dark as a pint of locally brewed Guinness. Wander from one to another, enjoying the stories and boundless energy of the locals. Experience the Irish love of words in cozy bookshops and electric live theater. Sample fusion fare in Temple Bar or savor new Irish cuisine in St. Stephen's Green.
