"I would rate Atlantis, the palm hotel as five stars in all aspects especially the reception, cleaning, security, valet and concierge staff. The reception staff checked us in no time although we waited awhile until the room was ready but the staff whose name Dinara ( I hope that I spelled it right) ..."
