A stunning hotel and our family adjoining rooms were perfect for the 6 of us. It can feel busy in the buffet restaurants but having imperial club access for a quieter breakfast, private beach area and afternoon/early evening drinks and snack can help avoid that if you prefer. Food is amazing everywhere

Overall, hotel was good. We liked the access to aquaventure park, the pool. However, the we had to wait long time for buggy ride to park and back to hotel. Hotel guests should be allowed to use the fast lanes at the park as the lijes were long. Saffron buffet lacked variations. We liked imperial club lounge but the food options were very limited during tea time and happy hours. On our last day, the manager at the imperial club lounge was very rude.

Plenty of choices for food with Kaleidoscope a great choice for the kids with the buffet. Water park near by and the shuttle carts made life in the heat great. Pool at hotel was refrigerated so refreshing. Had a great time. We will be back next summer, our winter at home.
