The elevators were ridiculously slow and being that they have 4 elevators. I’ve had to wait more than 20 minutes for an elevator almost everytime I’ve had to use them. Then the facts that almost each night I’ve had to ask for towels for my room. They cleaned the room and never left towels not once. And had to wait 3-4 hrs for the towels to be delivered to the room. The food is not good at all. The shisha is bad, worse I’ve ever had. But the views are great.

My experience with the hotel was bad. I stayed in a regular room, it smelled, the valet crashed my car, and there’s only three elevators which the staff skip using the service elevators (they have two) and instead crowd the already crowded elevators with their cleaning equipment and tools.

I reached hotel around 2 am and the whole washroom was leaking just like it’s raining. And we are unable to use washroom till 3:30 am. My friend felt terrible coz she need to use the washroom pretty badly. And tv was not working. Internet was not evening up to the mark. YouTube was not even working smooth. We were unable to watch anything on it. Tv was not a smart tv and lagging badly

Love the place, ordered for the standard suite love it but there is no microwave in the kitchen plus the stove can’t be turned on “ mama you can’t cook” so why is there stove in the kitchen after all. The microwave part hits me soo hard couldn’t warm my food up plus the kitchen can’t help you warm up your food, I have to get new hot food whenever am hungry wasted money. Love the place but the can do better, if the kitchen is not available to make food or warm up the your food, this got me and the friends stressed out. Over all I will rate the place 7.5/10
