It was my first trip to Germany, so there might be something I did not understand.
Hotel redeptionist was very nice.
When I got in to my room the bathroom toilet smell was stinky and stayed there until we checked out 3 days later.
Room ventilation was bad, thermostat did not respond. We could not open the window because there was some construction noises and neighbor's loud talking during night times.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We were able to save money on taxi rides from train station and airport by walking to the hotel (as it's very close to train station) and then taking the train to Munich airport. The hotel itself is very classy, clean and elegant. Rooms, bathroom and gold interior details make this feel like a very elite hotel. Staff are very professional and friendly as well.

Nice hotel, a little older in terms of décor and some parts more tired than others. What the facilities lack is made up with exceptional courtesy of hotel staff (always very helpful). I can't appreciate the quality of service enough but I think that the hotel could do with a good make over.
