Fantastic friendly staff with clean functional rooms with a push button rainfall shower which I particularly enjoyed using. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the swimming pool on the 6th floor. Only negative is the immediate streetscape around the hotel which can feel a little ‘edgy’ in the evenings although I must stress I didn’t encounter any difficulties. Five minute walk to/from the Hauptbahnhof & a Lufthansa Express bus stop which makes it super convenient for travellers who have just come from the airport.

Very near station. Comfortable beds and good temperature room. No milk for tea. Powder milk. No tea unless you paid. Swimming pool small but nice with sauna

Hotel was good. Staff was very good and accommodating and went above and beyond to help us on several occasions. The one thing is that the front of the hotel was a little shady. There was a lot of people standing out front and we did not like arriving past seven as it was a bit scary.

Within walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie. Room was clean but we would prefer no carpeting....this aspect dated it some. Staff was great. Bar was nice too. Property has a gorgeous courtyard that you can walk and sit in. Great stay!

It is located in a sleazy area full of drug users and prostitution. The air conditioner does not cool the room, we were so miserably hot we moved rooms twice but it felt like the AC never cooled the room to less than 80F. The shower didn’t drain and maintenance had to come fix it and mop out the bathroom. Despite this, I did think the staff were friendly and helpful, it isn’t their fault that the hotel does not invest in a better AC.

Right in the heart of the city, close to lots of restaurants. It is on a busy thoroughfare and close to the main rail station but as the building is set back it is relatively peaceful for a city centre hotel. second time we have stayed. We would recommend this hotel,

Hitel right across street from HB, about 3 nlocks from were sightseeing trip deoart from. Close to tram and under ground. Good restaurants with in 2 blocks. Room services twice in 4 days, they did not clean out all old pop bottles.
