Staff are very friendly and helpful. We were in Berlin just for the weekend and the concierge was very helpful in making suggestions for what we could with limited time. We ended up taking a boat ride on the River Spree one afternoon and visited the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church in the evening and the following day we spent a half day at the Charlottenburg Palace. This way we were able to get an overview of Berlin from the 1800's to the present. We also saw the Victory Column and the Brandenburg Gate, through briefly, ate at a restaurant on the banks of the River Spree (which specialized in pig's knuckle) and at a neighborhood restaurant near the hotel that had an excellent selection of traditional German cuisine. And we walked extensively, which is the only way to get the sense of a city.

Very close to Brandenberg gate and S-Bahn links. Very nice hotel with a nice pool. Staff are excellent. But very expensive! €12.50 for a large black coffee! Plus no kettle or hot drinks making facilities in the room (go to Starbucks over the road)

Excellent hotel location. We were one block from the subway stop, food and a great beer hall. If you wanted to, you could walk to city centre on a good day. The hotel rooms were beautifully decorated, with chic modern decor. The beds were really comfortable. I wish I stayed more than one night. Overall great experience.

It was super quiet and nice bed. The staff is excellent. Accomodated all needs. Great breakfast. Recommend the room service Arabian breakfast. Easy walk from train station and Oktoberfest.
For a luxury hotel the toilet paper was very cheap and felt like sandpaper!
Also I paid for a "view" room and the view was the street and buildings (?) that was deceiving....website makes it look different...
