"Modern hotel perfectly situated near Covent Garden"
Although very central to Covent Garden and Holborn the hotel is in a very quiet area with a park opposite and tables and chairs outside.
The hotel is imaculate in every detail. The staff were very helpful and the room was large and clean with everything in working order, which is unusual for London
Having stayed in numerous hotels in London I would rate this top for all round quality and value and will certainly return

We stayed at CQ Hotels for 6 nights in Superior Room with kitchenette and we love it. Sooo roomy for the 3 of us and so close to everything. So centrally situated. And the staff are amazing. Very helpful and they are all lovely. Would stay there again.

Stayed in an executive room on the 6th floor, room was very nice but looking over the strand so was very noisy all night. Rooms very hot! They really need air conditioning and some sound proofing then would be great. Hotel staff at check in were excellent, at the executive breakfast not the same standard, but good was good Overall a good stay but need ear plugs if you want a good nights sleep.

Central location. The most comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel. Excellent dining options -- esp The Mirror Room. My only minor criticism would be that there may have been too many staff members attempting to assist with check-in, which is certainly better than a long wait.
I feel obligated to say more about their amazing Mirror Room Restaurant. I was completely blown away by the elegance of the space and the quality of the meal. Don't be scared away by the brevity of the chef's rather conceptual menu - the portions are not at all minimalist and the flavorful results of the herbal "themes" associated with each dish are unexpectedly bold and delicious. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent wine pairing suggestions which elevated the meal to a most memorable status indeed. Don't skip the dessert course - you will be depriving your mouth of a great reward.

Very nice experience. We were at The Savoy for 7 nights so initially we were disappointed by the room we were given (we booked Luxury category) as it was extremely close to a building with no view at all other than this building so offered no privacy and almost felt claustrophobic given how close we were to it. We felt the room and location within the hotel didn't fit/align with what we had booked and the price we were paying.
We were also surprised that the room had an extraordinarily small half closet - completely unable to accommodate two people's clothes for such a long stay. We called the reception desk and Emily (who had originally checked us in), was extremely kind and understanding. The hotel was completely booked but she committed to moving us in two days - which she did - we moved to a room on the 7th floor that had a much more reasonable closet and, had a terrific view of the Thames from a small window. The second room seemed to fit the description of the Luxury category we had booked. We were wondering if they initially gave us a lesser room given how booked they were when we arrived. We arrived after 6 on a Saturday evening so wondered if all the good rooms had already been given out. Had they not moved us/understood our concerns I would have been very disappointed. They handled it very well.
Wonderful concierge staff, doormen, room service, etc. Enjoyed dining at Simpson's one evening and Gordon Ramsey's another evening....terrific food and ambiance!

Long known as London's red-light and entertainment district, Soho is the area between Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Piccadilly Circus tube stations. Visitors to Soho will see nightclubs, flagship stores like Liberty, and London's Chinatown. Relive the 1960s on Carnaby Street, or take in a show at one of the area's many theatres.
