The hotel is centrally located for all major tourist sites. Although I prefer to walk, there were plenty of transit options available. The room itself was reasonably sized and well equipped including a kettle.

We could not fault Kingsway Hall. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable so overall we had a very pleasant stay there. Unlike some hotels we have stayed in noise was not a problem. Would fully recommend this hotel for couples on a weekend theatre break.

My partner and I stayed for 6 nights in January. Initially we were put in a room with no sunlight (the window butted up to the elevator) and was the first ever hotel room I've seen without a fridge at all. Ice was not even available on our floor so no options to keep a drink cool in our room.
Expedia sent an email requesting our experience on checking in to the hotel and I provided the feedback above, on the night we arrived.
On about day 3 we received a call from reception who organised us to switch rooms to one with a window which actually faced outside and which had a fridge, and a microwave. So they did fix their shortcomings and everything else was fine. Great location with several nice pubs (the ship tavern to name one), cafes, and sites nearby (the park, the Soanes museum & the Huntariam museum all recommended and right on your door step). Coupled with easy access to conveniences like the tube, a boots store, pret, and other essentials, our stay in London was most enjoyable even in the dead of winter!

Stayed over one night for short stay in London with my girlfriend. Small rooms but fabulous standard with perfect middle of all location. Miss Male Larissa, the general manager, and her staff were perfect in all aspects of their service. We will defenatly stay there again next time we pop up to London from Iceland for a getaway :)

I have stayed in hotels all over the world but this was my first visit to CQ Trafalgar. I was totally surprised. Although the room was smallish it came with a mini kitchenette, a desk and really comfortable bed. The staff very efficient and very friendly and helpful and the location was superb. On the whole a very pleasant experience.

The staff was the highlight of our hotel experience.....We were greeted with smiles, hellos, "how are you"
and "don't forget to bundle up". No request was denied and all with a smile.
The hotel was sparkling and shiny, new decor, all equipment in order and working well.
The location was perfect ! Transportation and walks to tourist sites all right there. We were delighted and would definitely return.

Long known as London's red-light and entertainment district, Soho is the area between Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Piccadilly Circus tube stations. Visitors to Soho will see nightclubs, flagship stores like Liberty, and London's Chinatown. Relive the 1960s on Carnaby Street, or take in a show at one of the area's many theatres.
