Excellent location with Covent Garden address, but I believe Holborn location. Perfect location with Holborn tube station two blocks away. Close to everything to see and do in London, however, without the noise of Covent Garden. You could walk to most destinations or take the tube/bus if too far to walk. Good restaurants and even better pubs right outside the hotel door.
The front desk was professional and helpful with any and all or our needs. I emailed earlier and they accommodated an earlier check-in. Housekeeping was very thorough and we found the room to be spotless. Our room was adequate in size, very comfortable and we had no complaints with beddings, etc. Our room faced another building, which was fine as there was absolutely no street noise from the pubs across the street. I cannot comment on the restaurant, as we did not eat there, but we enjoyed the bar very much.
I would recommend this hotel without reservation.

"Luxurious hotel in heart of the theatre district"
We were greeted by a very professional staff whose friendliness enhanced our stay. The hotel was within walking distance of London''s fantastic theatre district. The dining room and bar are wonderful. Excellent cuisine, charming atmosphere and attentive personnel. Every convenience was provided in room.

We took the tube from Heathrow and found our stop brought us to with in a couple of blocks from the hotel. Very easy! Wanted a place with a kitchen to save on cost of meals and this was perfect. There is a market right across the street and the room had a fridge and cooking equipment. We were able to get around quite easily and the staff was very helpful directing us around.

Long known as London's red-light and entertainment district, Soho is the area between Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Piccadilly Circus tube stations. Visitors to Soho will see nightclubs, flagship stores like Liberty, and London's Chinatown. Relive the 1960s on Carnaby Street, or take in a show at one of the area's many theatres.
