Few things to think on
First lets start with the negative points which unfortunately there were a few issues. First day couldnt get in to our room till gone 4pm as probl with system- these things happen and was offered complimemtary drink. Had to move rooms as air conditioning wasnt great and thought maybe it was just original room issue. It isnt. This could do with being better. Second day issue again , update being done which caused issues with lifts, lights, media etc in rooms as it seems everything runs off the same system controlled by an ipad or you have to download app to do it from your phone. This is where i find a problem, as many guests were having issues in lifts and in a morning i get up and go for a cup of tea, wgen i return lights come on full blast. This is a problem for my partner who was sleeping later and got blinded. So i really think this system needs looking at. You can stream from mobile/tablet to tv but again there are issues, you cant pause your program without drama, i dont know why and the channels on ipad are somewhat quite dated. I think adding stream sites such as netflix or prime would be better and easoer for guests.
Now for the positives. Every single member of staff was helpful, warm and welcoming. You were never stood waiting for someone to serve you, very efficient and would absolutely make sure you are treated with upmost respect. Score out of ten would be 15. Bed was fabulous size and clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing. Room clean and well organised.
