"Good location"
Hotel is next to Phra Ram 9 MRT station. Fortune IT Town & Lotus Telsco is in the adjoining block and Central Plaza Shopping Mall is across the road, making shopping for groceries, IT products and fashion very convenient. Staff is friendly and room is clean but wifi is very slow. Breakfast spread is good.

"Happy Guest"
The price is reasonable, very clean and comfortable, convenient in a sense that they have a complimentary shuttle to take you to places like the shopping areas. They will even give you a ride back to the hotel.can save CAB fare, FOOD- love it! and room service is really fast, they say it's 20 mins. but it actually arrives at your door earlier, the room facilities are not that advanced, like the TV is not exactly a flat screen but good enough. The bathroom? I loved the shower, the pressure was excellent, it even has a towel drier. Blow drier works very well, they have a souvenir shop which I liked. staff are very helpful and nice. Even the driver who picked me up at the airport, he couldn't speak english but he tries his best.oh and you have your own iron in the room. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Golden Tulip! ^_^ I had a wonderful stay!

"Decent Cheap Hotel"
I booked this hotel as it was ideally located close to Ratchada and was relatively cheap. The hotel was nothing fancy but was good value for money and clean. It is located in a quiet back street so you are protected from the noise of the city streets. It has a handy little shop and decent enough restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would use the hotel again.

"Good value for price, location and convenience."
I took the express line to Makkasan and wanted to catch a cab to the hotel but very few cabs go into the terminal. Also for some reason, the ones that did arrive didn't want to go to the hotel. It was ~4:30 pm so I couldn't understand why. Gave up after waiting 30 mins. Luckily, Makkasan is connected to Phetchaburi MRT station so took the MRT, one stop to Phra Ram 9 MRT then ~5 mins walk to hotel. Staff were friendly, room was quite large, simple but clean. The mattress is a little on the stiff side so fair warning for those who don't like that. 1000 THB room deposit is required. I requested a late checkout and it cost an additional 500 THB, if anyone is interested. Had an oil massage (600 THB) from the place inside the hotel and it was decent. The hotel is located on a side street surrounded by houses, it's quite quiet but felt safe walking outside late at night. A few food stalls, some street food carts, 7-11 and a Pizza Hut nearby. Next to Fortune Town Mall (Tesco Lotus supermarket) and Central Rama IX so very convenient to shop and eat. FYI, as most cabbies weren't familiar with the location of the hotel, I would suggest getting dropped off at the Grand Mercure, which is very close by and on the main road. Also most don't read or speak very good English so have the address and name in Thai handy. That saved me a lot of grief. In all, I would definitely go back as this hotel met my expectations.

"good for long stay"
Helpful staff, convenient location with 7/11 on the 1st floor, the attached restaurant have reasonable food selection , if not then there is the local roadside stall for the more adventurous, Comfortable beds and big room. The problems is when taking Taxi, do remember to bring along the hotel name card to show to Taxi driver, else you will have problems getting back. Lots of entertainment nearby, night market or big shopping centre all within 10mins driving distance

"Real nice place to stay, most helpful staff ever"
This hotel is in a bad position for reaching the city centre but on the other hand its not as noisey and is actually a good quality place to stay. The breakfast is awful though. The rooftop pool is really nice and no one seems to use it.

Rama 9 is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Rama 9, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Rama 9 hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
