Great large spacious room, plenty of areas to relax with small kitchen but no equipment. Brilliant location for access to all areas of the city. Very close to the boat taxi.

The bed was too hard. If a guest complains asks about it then you can offer a matress pad or two .You need to invest in matress pads. The bathroom sink drain plug is broke and didnt work properly.. I had to pull it up manually to drain dirty shave water and toothpaste water. Your staff is terrific. The service was very good. The buffet breakfast was the highlight of my stay. It is reasonably priced and very convenient on eating time avalable. The price of the stay is well worth the value. Thank you. I did recommend you on social media with buyer beware of the hard bed. I stayed in room 31712 for reference .

Everything was really great and I enjoyed my stay. Just one thing to note for future travellers - there’s no possibility to heat up food hahaha so better don’t do takeaway for leftovers.
