"A lovely Bangkok Riverside Hotel"
My wife and I (in our 50s) stayed for 5 nights from May 22-27, 2017. I cannot say anything bad about this hotel or the staff. I can, however, list a few of the goods: a location on the Chai Praya Riverside 150m from the Phra Atathit pier (#N13 in the riverboat system); a 10min walk to Khaosan Road just east of hotel; spotless interior and rooms; a lovely pool and patio area overlooking the river; room (in our case an "Urban" room, ie not overlooking the river) was spotlessly clean, had a safe, a large king size bed, a large rain shower shower with spectacular water pressure and awesome room layout with long shelf system to hold anything including travel packs, suitcases etc. The staff were singularly friendly and attentive as are most all Thais. The breakfast was extremely good and with large variation of foods from "North American" to Thai - a spectacular way to start a long day of hot Bangkok sightseeing. I can't recommend this hotel enough if the location suits your needs.

"Convenient Location, Catering Staff, Great Value!"
This hotel's location was perfect for our honeymoon stay. Not too close to all the bustle of the city, but not too far from the convenience of banks, stores or gas stations. The view from the rooftops of the hotel building were incredible, and the outdoor swimming pool is a comforting oasis at the end of a long day of viewing and visiting attractions, or a perfect cool start to a hot Thailand day. The staff was so accommodating and gracious during our stay, and easily helped with booking well-priced taxi pickup from the hotel to popular locations and the airports. Having easy access to a tourist information desk in the lobby also helped when booking sites to see and things to do at a fraction of the price that other tourist agencies will try to scam you for. My husband and I thouroughly enjoyed our honeymoon stay here in the clean, cool, comfortable rooms here (what you see online when booking is what you get - no gimmicks!), and will definitely strongly recommend to others, as well as visiting again ourselves in the future!

Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok

"Convenient for travelers, comfy but not perfect"
The hotel is upscale-looking and our room was spacious and comfortable, but we experienced two problems: poor and difficult-to-access internet connectivity, and a broken thermostat that kept the room at sub-zero temperature all night. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet offered many delicious selections. Most important for us, the Amari is an easy 5-minute walk across a skybridge to Don Muang airport, so making our morning flight was no problem.

"Nice, clean hotel"
This is a nice, clean hotel just a short walk from Khaosan Street, with night markets, vendors, bands, etc. The pool is on the 6th floor, nice views and a bar right there if you need something cold to drink. I would definitely stay there again.

Bang Yai is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Bang Yai, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Bang Yai hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
