We had a fantastic time while visiting Cape Town, wish we would have had more time. Unfortunately SAA had a strike and therefore we lost an entire day. We had prepaid for our stay, so I am guessing we will not be reimbursed for the night lost due to this, so that was the only bummer, which of course is not Table Bay's fault. Will need to see if there is any recourse with Expedia.

We accidentally booked the rooftop airstream suite which was too small for us. (We are big people with big suitcases). Unfortunately we couldn't move rooms since the hotel was fully booked. Staff was very kind in helping us receive a refund and book a room at another Expedia hotel.

We were so impressed by this hotel with its ideal location in the City Bowl near the Greenmarket and Company's Gardens with views of Table Mountain, its exceptionally helpful and courteous staff, very well-appointed rooms and lovely indoor pool and workout area. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great Cape Town experience.

The welcome as you enter, makes you feel at home immediately. Every single member of the staff is a wonderful asset to the business. Within hours of our arrival, I booked another stay for the following month.
The food at breakfast was fresh, delicious and varied. Nothing was too much effort for the staff. They went out of their way to make it one's best stay ever, anywhere, and they succeeded. I have lived in four countries, and travelled many more, and I did not want to leave. I felt safe, iit was quiet, and I wanted to make it my home. Every possible need was anticipated and taken care of. My husband, who usually hikes and surfs, did not want to leave our room. He was so relaxed and content.
We are already planning next year's stay and want to spend our 20th wedding anniversary there in 2019.

Nice welcoming staff from front of desk and concierge. Breakfast choice was very good and staff once again very friendly if a bit over efficient because on two mornings leaving the table to get a 2nd choice and going back to our table, the coffee etc., had been cleared and someone sitting at our table. Very accommodating at finding us a new table. The room had a view of Table Mountain and seeing the sun shine on it in the morning was amazing. Cleaning staff always there with a friendly hello.
