What a lovely stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking a peaceful beach and the ocean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took care of me during my stay. The bar and restaurant staff, transport desk, reception staff were all great and made my stay one to remember. I would like to particularly thank the lovely Sonia who looked after me everyday at breakast time, and the spa manager who was also super friendly and helped me during my stay. Thank you all. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Thank you.

The properties is farther from downtown than appears. The bus takes approximately 45min to the waterfront. Uber is the only other option to get into town. Overall the property is dated and not well maintained. The beds were very hard and the room had several broken/dirty things including the towel racks, the soap rack in the shower, the lamp shades, and mold along the upper tile lining in the shower. The fan in the bathroom also did not work. The staff however are excellent! Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. It felt special to have people remember you when you got back from a day out and ask how you were.
