Very good hotel, friendly staff and excellent location

Good Hotel, good facilities, clean and smart, few flaws however, problems with room WIFi from the 1st night was resolved in the morning but then another 3x WIFI issues during duration of stay but again once contacted quickly resolved each time. Not all staff were friendly, most barely could speak English. Showers nice and clean, but water would leak out the cubicle towards the sink and toilet area which was annoying. Wardrobe doors would not slide close but once contacted engineer again was quickly resolved. On check out was accused of having a massage which I never did and had to sign a declaration to confirm this and when exchanging currency there rates were the lowest compared to the exchange bureau and on 2 occasions reception had no change. The trip itself was good, but rather disappointed with the fact that the locals as well businesses could not grasp basic English which was frustrating considering Antalya is a tourist resort. Also the bazaar sellers do jump all over you whilst out shopping which was a complete put off, they can be too persistent which annoyed me a lot but nice shops scattered around worth a visit specialty kaleici.

Nice hotel clean and comfortable, very close to the city centre and old city... if the hotel had balconies it would had been perfect

Good hotel for kids and families, and it is not by the sea but there is a bus every 5 minutes to the water games and the private Sea hotel are all kidnapped Street Preferably take the room with full duties Almost everything is free Even snacks in aqu park

Food is good , very good for 2 days vacation Some of the taxi drivers have manipulated taxi meters When left to airport ,the charge was 55 TL

We stayed here for two weeks and the hotel was great and the hotel is great for families with kids. The children's entertainers were fantastic and gave the kids plenty to do and participate in. They work hard. Aqua park was great fun and the beach was great to. Food was good and drinks were good to. The camera men that take photos of you whilst you are on the holiday were polite and entertaining also. We would go back there again, Great weather first two weeks of September

Very nice accommodating As a family of four with two boys 12 & 8 It's by far one of the best hotel we stayed in. The beach, swimming pool, food was excellent no need to leave the resort, staff were very friendly so was the atmosphere!
