The woman who greeted us was excellent and friendly. She remembered us the next day that she forgot to give us our parking voucher and even left a VM in our room. The connecting bar was also great. The room was clean- just felt a little old and had some wear and tear from time.

"Clean and friendly hotel in vibrant part of town! "
We had a wonderful 2 day stay here. We were celebrating our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised when we received complimentary chocolate cake and wine brought up to our room. The room and hotel were very clean and the decor downstairs was beautiful. The staff were very courteous and friendly (including housekeeping). The only issue we noticed was that our room was a little outdated and there was only a view of indoor plants from our window, but for the price we paid for this room we're not going to complain about it.

When we arrived at Lowe's Hotel at 4:30 p.m. we were greeted by the friendliest and most helpful valet that you could imagine. He helped us with our luggage and opened the door for us into the hotel and pointed the way to the front desk. Then we were welcomed by very friendly and professional front desk hosts that checked us in. We then went up to our room and noticed immediately that it was immaculate and modern. After we unpacked, we decided to go to Cosmos, the hotel restaurant to have a couple drinks and an appetizer before the show across the street at the Target Center, which they also have a Skywalk too, which makes things very convenient. The next day we checked out at 11:00, but check out isn't until 12:00, and the process was a breeze. They let us leave our luggage at the front desk while we went to Starbucks in the lobby and got ourselves some desperately needed coffee and breakfast. By the time we left Starbucks the valet had our vehicle outside ready to go. They helped load up our luggage into the vehicle and we took off. The whole stay could not have been more enjoyable!
