Never received my deposit back of $150 dollars and my spot I paid for parking was taken by someone other then myself and I just want my deposit and the parking spot fee returned my stay was July 6th 2025 and I waited a little over a week to see if I would be reimbursed called the property on July 16 2025 an was told this is something they don’t handle and to contact my bank.

I was disappointed that there aren’t microwaves in the rooms, but luckily there is one in the lobby to use. Very clean property with many close places to walk to. Love the outdoor patio space as well.

We booked this property b/c it is near a big park for us to use with our dog. Friendly service, super clean, nice neighborhood. Parking a bit of a hassle -- ask in advance for a reserved spot on-site.

Aloft, more like the BASEMENT OF A BASEMENT LOFT

Shower was filthy/not clean - my feet turned bright red, swelled, and started to itch. I reported the incident to management, but was told to wait a couple days to talk to another member of management (Ashley). The bathroom vanity was filthy as well. I couldn't get going with my day if I wasnt clean. There were fleas, not flies walking on the door brochures /vanity brochures/advertisements. The tile and grout in the shower room, toilet room, and vanity room was dirty. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty as well. The carpet was blue and gray. The stains were brown, light brown, black and it has old food from and a previous occupant. The door did not fit the door frame. The lights/electricity seemed not to work when I clicked the switch.

I enjoyed my stay. I love the park. Yet, the young party crew was near the elevator and us seniors had to walk a long ways pass to get to our rooms. Try and reserve rooms around the elevators for seniors and handicap please.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot to do we played big Jenga and ladder ball and had a lot of fun. Very close to the US Bank stadium and walkable to target field.

I got double booked at two different properties. Neither Expedia nor Aloft would bend on a refund even with 24 hours notice. So you got to split $500 between you for absolutely no service rendered whatsoever. I will never use Expedia nor will I ever stay at a Marriott property again. I have nothing positive to say about either of your services.
