The location of the hotel is excellent - close enough to all the main attractions, just on the edge one the main city centre so is nice and quiet.
The staff were friendly and recommended some excellent places to eat - they clearly know what is good around the hotel and can cater for any type of cuisine.
The spa is fairly compact but you are never going to get a big pool in a hotel this close to a city centre.
The only downside was the room - we has a deluxe one but there was very little storage space (1/2 full wardrobe, two small shelves and two small drawers. Given the size of the room it's amazing that is all there was.
The 'balcony' is basically doors that open out - there is no space outside, it's just that you can open the two sets of doors to make you feel a bit more connected to the outside.

The hotel itself is lovely. It is in a great central location - close to sights, food, shopping, and public transport. It has a cute lobby with a bar. The room itself was quiet, which is very important with the late nights in Spain, and clean (even offering a razor and toothpaste with the toiletries). Amazing water pressure in the shower as well.
The only negative is that while I paid for the hotel in advance, and this was also confirmed at check in, upon checkout, the staff insisted that we pay for the room. We didn't, of course, but I was disappointed at the lack of attention.

This hotel is perfectly situated for visiting Valencia. There is a bus stop close by and the fare into the old town is 1.50 euros. The hotel was clean and the rooms had everything you would need. Great buffet breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Valencia

Great location for this apartment, near to cathedral and lots of lovely shops & restaurants. Pretty good value for money as it's got everything you need in the flat and is cheaper than a hotel.
Note: Has its own parking underground which is accessed in a small street behind the building. Entrance to car park is a massive wooden door down a side street that looks like a pedestrian walkway - there are circular logo signs for 'Valencia flats' to look for. You have to go to reception (which you walk to round the corner) to ask them to open the wooden door.
