This is an older property. The hotel is clean and staff is courteous and helpful. There was a little unusual smell in the room but to a certain part(washroom side) otherwise thints were fine. The AC doesnt work as efficiently. Regardless of thr couple things. I still very much enjoyed. The area around has great restaurants/bars. This hotel is in prime location to train stations, many of Valencia's sites. So i thoroughly enjoyed

Room smelled very bad like sth is expired in there for long time, the flush in toilet wasn’t working properly, we waited 30 mins to do check-in, there were only one employee working and the other one was only chatting with one of the gusts and doing nothing

I asked for a room away from the elevator and was given an unusually large room for one person. Large bath with nice amenities, only negative is that there was no fan or window in the bathroom. Great location, easy walking distance from most sites. Great options for dining nearby.

The hotel is very nice. Close to restaurants and shopping that are within a ten minute walk, with even more a little further out. During my stay a power outage occurred. The hotel was equipped with a backup generator to keep power in the building minus AC. The staff is helpful and accommodating.
