The hotel staff was very excellent, from checking in to checking out. I would recommend getting an executive room, otherwise the standard rooms are the size of closets. Stopped at the bar one night for drinks, very very expensive. We had paid in advance for the breakfast for each day, was well worth it.
The hotel is very close to many attractions.

It was my first time to London and knew I needed luxury, convenience and security. I found the gorgeous hotel to meet all of my needs. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The bar was great for snacks and drinks! I had a in room massage and it helped me from jet lag.
Tourist sites were in walking distance and the parks were beautiful.
A great time at this hotel!

We used the hotel for a long weekend during the Prom season. Check in was easy, we received an upgrade :-) and this made our stay very pleasant. Our room overlooked the station - trading view for no road noise worked for us. Overall the room was comfortable, well appointed, and silent at night. Everything was in good order.

About a ten minute walk from London Victoria, the Grange Rochester Hotel is in a very central London location. It consists of two buildings: the restaurant and the hotel itself. The latter overlooks Vincent Square.
Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room complementarily. We had arrived early to spend the day in London and initially arrived to store our bags only, but the hotel offered us an early check-in with no additional costs.
Although there was only two of us, we were given a room with two double beds, so we certainly had plenty of space! An abundance of toiletries, refreshments and literature (magazines and the Evening Standard) were to be found in the room. It even had a bath, which we did not expect.
The television was easy to use and had a good range of channels. I also liked that there was a master switch for all the plug sockets in the room, which you could conveniently switch off when you left. This was a great way to save electricity!
At check out, there were no hidden costs. The concierge looked after our bags whilst we went out in the day.

Enjoyed an 11 night stay here and was very pleased with the hotel and the location. The front desk and door staff were very friendly and helpful and the doormen were always ready with a smile and directions when needed. Very handy location a block from Victoria Station and right down the street from Buckingham Palace. The room was European-style cosy (i.e. small by North American standards) but very comfortable, well-appointed and quiet. Two smallish closets, no dresser. Nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Well-maintained property and housekeeping was good. Very comfortable bed, great shower (no tub). We did not try the hotel restaurant. No complaints, I would stay here again.

Home to some of London's most famous institutions —the Houses of Parliament (Big Ben), Westminster Abbey, and Tate Britain— Westminster is busy by day and quiet by night. Buckingham Palace is located across lovely St. James's Park; Whitehall leads to Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, passing 10 Downing Street and the Queen's mounted troops at Horse Guards on the way. The streets around Victoria Station offer hotels to suit all budgets.
