Room too small for family of 4

Room very small for 4 people. Barely space to move between bed and couch bed. Had to access shower by climbing over toilet. Otherwise location good, staff nice.

Not the best 4-star hotel I've ever stayed at, but certainly not the worst. Clean, beautiful, quiet and comfortable, it mostly has everything you need. The single room is indeed a bit small, as others have noted, but still does the job. The shower is a bit small, and their handwash/ shower gel product, for some reason, smells a bit funny, but other than that, no real complaints. Tea, instant coffee and biscuits are provided in the room, which is a nice little perk. The elevator is still not working and the hotel layout is quite labyrinthine, but assuming you have no mobility issues, you will be fine. I do recommend asking a member of staff to take you to your room however, as they don't necessarily offer and it may be genuinely hard to find the first time.

Friendly staff

We had a very nice room - but there are some that are no so great so you have to be careful. they are very friendly. Only downside is you cannot check in early and that is tough flying overseas because all flights arrive int he morning.

A very welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, cosy and the lounge are has a very relaxing feel too. Would recommend as it is close to the Victoria line for travelling as well as Westminster Cathedral and Buckingham Palace.
