Too small

Our stay was great... It's just the room. It was clean and nice but..... Way way to small. I really don't like climbing over my husband when I need to get out of bed. No chairs to sit in because there was no room. We walked in the door and had maybe 5 feet of room for suit cases and us. Hubby said the picture didn't look like our room.

Service from the staff was fantastic, we arrived early and it was no problem for our bags to be stored at the hotel until check in. On our arrival back our bags were waiting for us in our room. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Perfect

Staff were lovely, great customer service and really friendly. Room was really quiet on 4th floor. Had aircon which was great. The rooms are small but all we needed in London as we were only sleeping there. TV was massive, with Sky so my 7 year old was happy.

Cramped room and very poor quality bed. The floor in the ‘bathroom’ was buckling, the flush on the toilet was too weak to flush anything, and the room was very tired.

Nice and helpful staff, easy check in, great location, room was exactly as listed. Thrilled there was proper A/C working. Could hear the underground but had a white noise machine so no issue. Clean, slept well. Very pleased with the complimentary wine and cheese offerings - that was a pleasant bonus.
