Excelent location and the best staff ever, they gave us really nice and complete advice on where to go, eat, shop, etc. The hotel is beautiful. Just thought the room was too small and could have at least one bottle of free water.

"Great Hotel in the center of the action"
Booked this hotel after seeing other reviews. From the moment we checked in until we checked out 4 days later, everything was perfect. We had a superior room which was very comfy and spacious. The hotel staff were fantastic all the way through from front desk to dining. Make sure you do the free wine tasting session which was a lot of fun. Are at UCO the well rated hotel restaurant and was not disappointed. Breakfast included in the price was fantastic and a great start to the day Hotel had many restaurants within easy walking distance and plenty more if you are prepared to walk 10 blocks into Palermo Soho. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone

"ALL I wanted and more"
I had always dreamed and romanticized Buenos Aires , and had visioned a certain type of hotel - well , The Duque met & exceeded my expectations. A small quaint , charming hotel, run a bit more like a B&B. My room was cute and cozy , with a window overlooking city scape as well as garden space in back of the hotel. The bed was thoroughly comfortable with nice white linens. The bathroom, bright and airy in nice modern marble .All throughout the hotel there is the perfect blend of old ( classic) meets modern. The staff were no doubt the biggest asset to this property- all spoke perfect English ,and were polite, professional and courteous. Although could have a good laugh with each other and joking with them was just added fun. A perfect blend and a happy end to a fabulous vacation.

"Nice hotel in Palermo area."
The hotel is small and well located in a quiet street at the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The taxi from the airport charged USD 45. The area is residential and safe. Adjacent is an associated restaurant that serves a delicious and varied breakfast from 7 to 11 am, included in the package. The other meals at this restaurant looked overpriced, specially having an incredible amount of fine and economic restaurants at walk distance. There are also several food markets and drugstores nearby. Wi-Fi is decent. The room is spacious. The AC worked OK. It has a king size bed, flat screen TV with cable, safe, mini fridge and hair dryer. Two complimentary water bottles every day. The staff is courteous and efficient. During my five-day stay the predominating guests were from the States and Europe. The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't at the level we use to see in similar hotels in the States. They charge a nominal fee for local phone calls.

"Great location away from bars and still close ..."
I selected this location as this was away from bar scene new Plazza Serrano. However the bars and restaurants are very convenient to walk to. This area is quite and hotel property is nice and modern. There is restaurant in lobby which is busy over the weekend and needs reservation. Rooms are cozy. I stayed in room with Terrace and loved it. Basic amenities are placed in room. Front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant recommendation.

"Nice Hotel online"
From the pictures I chose this hotel, but was disappointed with how small the room was. The restaurant was very expensive. I will probably choose another place next time. It was clean and all, but I wish the room was nicer.

Old Palermo is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Old Palermo, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Old Palermo hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
