Good location but on a side street. Your room key/card also activated the electrical in the room. This was a nice feature. This is a small boutique type hotel. Mall shopping was a couple of blocks away. The location is near the river and public parks. The rooms were clean, large, and comfortable.

Great location and outside of the main "downtown" area which is a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute cab ride. We had a mid level room that had great views, and I'm sure higher floors would have even been better. Breakfast is available for free each morning, but you can still special order for an extra cost; something they don't mention. If you are looking for espresso in this town, forget about it. Coffee is sub par and the best you can get is from a N'espresso machine. The one thing I would mention is that the staff is great! They helped with calling cabs, making restaurant reservations and other info.

My (newly) husband and I had the best time here! The rooms were super luxurious - loved the steamroom, heated floors, comfy beds, mini fridge, etc. And the view of the lake!! Wow. We could not get over it. The staff was super friendly and helpful - calling cabs for us because our Spanish is not that great. They gave you a free glass of wine when you walk in and they take your bags to your room - such nice touches!
Highly recommend having dinner there - we did our first night and it was beautiful. Great food too. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious! We would spend an hour just eating breakfast and enjoying the view.
The lookout over the lake is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and relax. There is also easy access to Playa Bonita.
Loved this place!!

Booked this hotel, prepaid, on Expedia. Good, safe location, close to decent restaurants and shopping. Lobby is reasonable. Check in and check out very good. Maria on the front desk was great. Extremely helpful and pleasant with good English language skill. She was very helpful in suggesting the restaurants and local trips.
Room was rather small. Bed not very comfy. Terrible pillows. Bathroom needs update and needs better supplies, e.g. body lotion.

Basically I had to get out of Chile in order to renew my tourist visa. The route to Mendoza is a beautiful bus ride and Mendoza itself is a very nice place to visit. I didn't want to spend to much money and got this room through an online hotel website. The room was nice enough and gave me enough room to spread out, which is crucial. Hate those cramped little hotel rooms. The cooking facilities were weak but I didn't want to cook anyway. A dinning room table allowed me to eat from the hotel restaurant or leftovers from one of the great steakhouses. This place isn't high end but for the price I found it to be real nice. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, and the really nice walkable park. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I paid the extra for breakfast and found that pleasant as well, especially the black coffee. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet not like some where the nightlife never ends. Enjoy, I did.
