We had an incredible stay! Firstly, the hotel is gorgeous. When you first walk through the doors it's just mesmerizing. Secondly, the staff is amazing! They were courteous, always smiling, and very helpful people who made the stay that much more enjoyable. Thirdly, the room gives off a sense of "old town", it was clean and comfortable, the windows were huge and overlooked the bustling streets of Old Town. And lastly, my favorite part of the hotel was actually the lobby. Beautiful! There is no other way to describe it, we had an incredible stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get the real feel of Old Town and all it's glory.

Great hotel. Room was comfy and clean. Staff was kinda lacking. Booked for one night to attend a friends graduation. Graduation and dinner was going to be a while so decided to call hotel to let them know it would be a late check-in. Called about 20 times letting the call ring till it would end. Had to drive to the hotel (other end of town) in order to check-in and not risk losing the reservation. Needless to say, that was very inconvenient. Continued calling all the way there to no avail. When we arrived, staff was hanging out in an empty lobby, right by the phone, without a care in the world. Later when we needed some help, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the person who checked us out was very courteous. So all in all, a great hotel for not too bad of a price. Just a couple of the staff members were lacking basic staff skills.
