Made sense to come down from the mountains a day early and stay in Denver before our flight out. Comfortable hotel with good dining options. we enjoyed jazz and drinks in the lobby and dinner in the Ships Tavern. Very good breakfast.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was very kind and attentive to us. After the first night, I got a text message from an employee asking if I needed anything and if I was satisfied. I ended up getting a room upgrade with an amazing city view. The rooms were nice but were slightly outdated. The doorways were pretty narrow, but my biggest concern was parking. Self-parking was $37/night and valet was $45/night. This extra cost adds up and were not expected at all. After a day and a half of valet, I decided to self-park. Self-parking can be difficult to maneuver since the garage in VERY narrow, but it's a lot faster than valet. The valet workers were kind but extremely disorganized. They managed to lose my car more than once. Also, the pool and "game-room" were painfully outdated and seemed to be utilized by no one.

Great hotel directly accross the street from Winter Park skiing. Also has a restaurant in the hotel so you dont have to leave if you are tired. Stay away from the salads. They are excellent but its 13-15 dollars and is the size of a side salad.

Lots of convenience, parking under hotel, ski lockers on main floor. Rental shops steps away. A few nice bars and restaurants in village but pretty sparse. 2 buildings slopeside and riverside, right next to each other. My bed mattress was shot, big divot on one side. No AC, windows hard to open, stay open. Outdoor hot tubs are well maintained but shallow which is odd. Overall worth it if you want to max your ski day and not bother with shuttle buses or driving to offsite lodging.

I was happily surprised with how convenient the location of this condo was, walking distance to local restaurants, bars and shops - especially the unit I rented in building 19. The condo itself was a bit dated, but it was nice and cozy. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. It was nice and clean.
Only complaints: the board games in the condo were all missing a significant amount of pieces. Not that games are a requirement, but at that point, just throw them away, because it's just a tease. The bedding could use some updating as it's a bit worn and thin. No blow dryer, which I think is a must as it's pretty much standard in all rentals. It would also be nice if the balconies were cleared of ice/snow so they could actually be used.
I did not have any interaction with the front desk except for at check-in and check-out. At check-in the lady was very helpful, told us everything we need to know about the community amenities and local attractions. At check-out, I just dropped off the keys and was good to go. The rec center was nice, new and I enjoyed the spa.
Overall, my experience was terrific, and I would definitely stay here again!
