All around wonderful experience

The spa has everything you want or need to relax. The facility is calm, clean and has a full list of amenities, including a sauna, experience shower, hot tub and steam room. Our couple massage was wonderful. A shout-out to Janet, who listened and addressed my concerns. And, overall, the service was truly exceptional. Everyone was helpful and respectful. Prices are high, but it is an experience.

Ok stay!

Was there to celebrate my birthday. Got to the pool and my kids got kicked out at 6z understandable, but the pool bar did not open again, eve though it was supposed to be open till 10pm. The lady at the pool bar would rather be cleaning and vacuuming than answer my simple question if the bar was going to re open.

Went to the restaurant chophouse was probably best restaurant in Denver. Amazing food and service. Second time I was there. Also gambling the staff was so fun and made the experience even better. The property is clean and rooms are even better.

The service from staff was exceptional. And the property is exceptionally clean. Staff were consistently attentive to the way the property looking, from trash on the floor, to cleaning the facilities in a way that did not impede on my experience, but enhanced it.

Great location in a beautiful area. Everything was clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The poker room was very buys, so I didn't get to play while I was there.

Contacted front desk three days in a row for technology issues which were never resolved. I was told management would contact me that never happened. I sent a note to guest service manager and received no response. Very poor internet service and no functioning TV in our room. We were told antenna on the roof needed to be dusted off. Hmm a hotel of this caliber ??? If you stay be prepared they are all talk and will not resolve nor will you hear from management.
