The room and location were fine, and check-in was smooth. My only frustration was the surprise fees: a $100 deposit and $15/day for parking that weren’t clearly disclosed when I booked online. These charges may be standard, but clearer upfront communication would’ve helped set expectations. If you’re booking here, double-check the fees before you arrive.

Staff was great! The room had a couple places that had been overlooked while cleaning. The ice bucket was disgusting! The over head lamp above the sofa had something gross on the cover. Glasses should be on the counter rather than near the floor. Would recommend staying there to friends and family though. Thank you for a great place to rest!

Highly impressed! For a pet friendly hotel, it was exquisitely clean, and reasonably priced very centrally located to everything that we needed for the front desk. Staff was extremely customer service oriented, and friendly will definitely stay here again. This is one of the nicer hotels, especially for the cost. I was very very surprised.

Yes. The room was spotless. The AC unit however is old and noisy every time it cycles down. The occupant of the room above was noisy. Parking fee is $15 per night. Noisy location. Not good with muring external sounds.
