I LOVE the 34th floor with stunning pool, hot tubs, fire pits and comfy and stylish lounge chairs. The lobby would be cushier if you mimicked the vibe you have on the 34th floor w the giant pots and plants. What you have in reception now is meh. Hallways to rooms are beautiful, bath is very nice, rooms need new beds, lighting, and curtains.
