Shower was flawed.

The room was great and clean. The bathroom shower was not the best though. It was disabled shower do it was zero entry however the shower curtain did not go all the way down and the water sprayed out onto the floor. This was particularly dangerous as someone could have slipped when they got out. It was not just a little water either. The floor was soaked.

Stayed here for one night for a work trip in Denver. The room I booked was a king suite, upon entering room there was two double beds instead. at this point I had traveled so much I let it go. Then I tried turning on the tv and it didn’t work. Again I gave up, tried to pull the curtain down, curtains were broken did not go down. Again counted my losses and then went to bed as I had scheduled a 5am shuttle ride to the airport in the morning. The receptionist told me the night before that I was to arrive a couple minutes before 5am to get on the shuttle. The next morning I wake up at 4:30am head down by 4:50 and then the receptionist proceeds to tell me that the 5 am shuttle has already left! It was 4:53 at this point. She said she would call to see if they could come back and she left me outside. She didn’t come back out (the outside doors are locked) to come get me or try to remedy the solution. Again I gave up and told her I would call an Uber. Overall not a great stay
