I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel as it was so conveniently close to everything, few steps to major attractions. It was nice to be able to walk by the harbor at any time as you are basically at the harbourfront . I liked that the hotel has a separate entrance at the side of the building for people with mobility issues that takes you to a lower lobby area. I really appreciated it as my mother was accompanying me, and she had just had a fall prior to our arrival. The area is full of restaurants and cafes, so you won't go hungry. I couldn't visit the famous Toula restaurant at the hotel, hopefully next time; however, I ate at the small cafeteria they have close to the entrance, and I really liked it, the muffins were delicious (actually the best muffins ever) and the prices were good and very competitive. I would definitely be back to this hotel.

Beds are so comfortable. Even though you are downtown it was quiet for sleeping. The only negative was trying to get technical help when using the computers in the lobby. Everything else was great. I would definitely recommend it to others. The maids did a terrific job and were always pleasant in the hall.

We recently stayed at the Chelsea Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. For such a large hotel everyone we met was so welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient, probably not worth $25 but the quiet lounge area was pleasant.
It was a long walk to the Air Canada Centre, we took a cab back.

The landscaping was beautiful driving into the Hotel and the ground level rooms also had beautiful patios for enjoying the evening. Was very impressed with the decor in the room and the comfort of the bed and pillows.
Job well done and worth the stay!

Our recent stay at this hotel was terrific. Rooms were spacious enough to accommodate our family of 5 and entertain guests quite comfortably. We enjoyed walking along the wharf and exploring the quaint shops, as well as hiking to the point. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the included breakfast started our day off right. Would absolutely stay here again.

It is an older hotel, nothing spectacular in terms of room, and overall building. But I was there with my two young kids, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were fabulous- much bigger than most hotel pools. I also enjoyed the walking trails by the golf course. The hotel restaurant was overpriced, small portions and not very memorable in terms of taste, but at least there are meals on site if you do not wish to drive into town.
