I would say our experience was good, only had one issue which was with the wifi. We didn't have much to nothing for connection it was bad on the first level far back. Took them a little over 24hours to fix it because it was bigger then they thought, we asked to be moved to the third floor. After switching we were a lot happier having complete wifi, expecially our children.

Our stay was fine. The room was comfortable, the hotel was conveniently located on a bus/street car line. The neighborhood is nice and has a nice park near the hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was just right. I appreciated that the cleaning staff didn't change how we had the air conditioning set when they cleaned. I am also very eco-conscious and appreciated that they didn't change out the towels and bed linens every day.

Never been in Ajax before and never experienced any hotel up there.
This one was a pretty decent one. The rooms are huge enough to stay 2 persons with a high level of confort.
Rooms are equipped quite well (Microwave, Flat screen TV (2), Iron, coffee Maker, refrigerator, etc,,,)
I might get back to this as well.

Bordered to the south by the shores of Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a neighborhood east of downtown Toronto with a rich multicultural heritage—much of the city’s immigrant population settled in this area in the second half of the 20th century. Today, the neighborhood’s main attraction is the Toronto Zoo, one of Canada’s largest, which moved here in 1974.
