We came to the hotel with our young child so having a larger apartment style suite was amazing. The staff were so sweet and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, great staff, great front staff, good food.

We had a wonderful stay & Woolf he happy to stay again. Yvonne was a gracious host, serving a lovely hot breakfast each morning. I was traveling with my aunt who had some medically related needs and Yvonne made it clear she was there to help, gave us extra supplies and towels and made us feel so very welcome. She also shared her local knowledge of the area. The inn itself was recently redecorated with lovely furnishings, art, and beautiful wallpapers. Our room (Bernard Shaw Room) was spacious and the bed was so comfortable! My aunt and I shared the oversized king that has a memory foam mattress which prevents one from noticing movement of the other - we slept like rocks! The only improvement I might suggest would be better internet connection, but I wasn’t there to work so it was okay. Beautifully done, quaint/updated, comfortable, great breakfasts, excellent host!

Excelente hotel! Limpeza impecável, funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã é espetacular, com muita variedade e tudo muito saboroso. A localização é excelente, bem pertinho da CN Tower e do Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, o que facilita muito os passeios. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo a todos!

Drove in and parked. Close to everything we wanted. Had a great experience.

Great location in downtown Toronto. The subway entrance is right beside the hotel. Front desk was nice and efficient. The room was comfortable. Bed was fine. Water pressure was good even on a higher floor and hot water was good. Very close to St Lawrence market as well. Good spot for tourists.

We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay.
